I began my search for the best chocolate source in pursuit of my ultimate dream as a chocolatier. After sampling many different chocolate sources, I found the best products to represent my mission.
By 2004 I started to create my chocolate line in Springfield, IL. I explored original recipes and created high-end dark chocolate truffles, pecan and macadamia turtles and gourmet caramel apples. From there, I have expanded my line even further.
In 2013 the decision was made to grow the business and increase the product line. We then named our business Chocolate Enrapture, meaning true bliss ~ something I'd like every customer to experience after enjoying our products.
